Directed strategic marketing services for business clients, including market research, media strategy, online and video design and production services, and digital campaign creation.
Led the strategic direction, creative development and execution of a national rebranding program, which shaped Louisiana's economic comeback story and drove results, including: 88% lift in consideration among C-suite execs; improved performance in 20+ state business climate rankings; creation and launch of an industry-first iPad app and a mobile website that positioned LED as an emerging media standout; positive national earned media from more than 30 business announcements annually; and more than 35 marketing awards over 5 years, including "Best Government Website."
Devised the strategy and directly managed the revitalization of Community Coffee and CC's Coffee brand identities, product packaging and retail presence. Spearheaded and managed an in-house creative team that executed the cost-effective design and launch of more than 10 new brand extensions, including bottled water, single pod coffee and gallon-sized ready-to-drink iced tea. Developed and launched the cause marketing program Your Cup Makes a Difference™ to build awareness of the company's support for indigenous coffee farmers in such countries as Rwanda.
Increased brand visibility, launched new brand guidelines in 50 states, and managed extensive consumer research and online/offline marketing for an organization-wide rebranding initiative. Also, while serving as director of development communication, delivered a three-year public-phase communication plan and directed the creative development of fundraising collateral to drive a $1 billion capital campaign, which exceeded its goal by $400 million.
